Compass Group UK & Ireland, the UK’s leading provider of food and support services, is looking for talented graduates to join its two year Graduate Development Programme starting in October 2016.

The Compass Group Graduate Programme is a two year journey of personal and professional development with support from your Personal Mentor, Manager and the Graduate Programme Team.

- Finance - West Sussex
- Finance – Birmingham
- Strategic Sourcing - Uxbridge
- Supply Chain - Uxbridge
- Category Development - Uxbridge
- Commercial Management – Uxbridge
- IT – Birmingham
Whilst undertaking your role you will work towards achieving a common set of competencies that will count towards your development within the business and toward your bonus.
