We have a fantastic opportunity for a Proactive Sales Executive to be responsible for managing & processing all conference and banqueting enquiries for the venue. Provision of best value options to customers while maximising sales opportunities, within agreed response times to all web based, email and phone enquiries accurately and within brand guidelines

More about the role:

Processing sales enquiries for HMS Belfast and actively working as part of the local and national sales team to increase and enhance revenues.  To achieve agreed KPIs and targets by proactively selling the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.  To consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information. To ensure all sales administration is accomplished effectively & accurately in order to provide a seamless handover to the operations team.

All work will be in line with the venue’s marketing guidelines and sales strategies as agreed with the Head of sales, venue GM and in accordance with Lime Venue Portfolio sales processes.

 The role requires an entrepreneurial personality with the drive to succeed and the ability to maximize the meetings and events revenue potential in the venue. A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to work within a sales environment and must be a highly motivated pro-active self-starter, with commitment and drive for business development and a knack for relationship building.
