Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work within our Levy division for the Imperial War Museum in Duxford. The role will be to develop revenue growth for key segments Meetings, Banquets and Christmas.

More about the role:

A pro-active field based sales role responsible for driving new business and growing accounts for the venue. This role is tasked with building the venue profile in local and national markets by creating and executing an exceptional sales plan.

Who you are:

The role requires an entrepreneurial personality with the drive to succeed and the ability to maximize the meetings and events revenue potential in the venue. A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to work within a sales environment and must be a highly motivated pro-active self-starter, with commitment and drive for business development and a knack for relationship building.

The success of this role is measured by the achievement of set KPIs and revenue targets.
