More about the role:
Supporting Compass’ growth objective, you will assist our sales and operations teams to create, populate and submit bid responses that are creative, engaging, persuasive and capable of winning.
As a Proposal Manager you will play an integral role in our Proposals team, working as a key point of contact, liaising cross functionally between departments to manage and coordinate responses for bids and presentations. This is a fantastic opportunity that enables you to work on multiple bids and projects across a range of sectors – offering a challenging and varied workload that encourages creativity.
Who you are:
To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will ideally have experience of using InDesign within the bid management process – however individuals with InDesign experience and a demonstrable desire to commence a career within Bid Management would also be considered. In addition to this, you will be an outstanding communicator with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels. Finally, you will be creative and imaginative with a passion for success.
