Resource Network, part of Compass Group UK&Ireland, provides in-house recruitment and staffing solutions in the healthcare sector at over 130 NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

 

More about the role:

Implement and adhere to selection and recruitment solutions and strive for constant improvement to resourcing solutions. Perform all recruitment tasks for Ealing, liaising consistently with the on site management team.

 

 Ensure 100% recruitment compliance, including DBS and RTW.

 

To aid in payroll processing for all Resource Network staff across the sites, always ensuring prompt payroll processing and reporting.

 

To manage the annual leave processes for Ealing Resource Network staff, including successful planning and processing of leave.

 

Aid the Recruitment Manager in HR duties including (but not exhausted) note taking, the ability to conduct investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings when required.

 

Recording, monitoring and managing all long and short term sickness, including attendance reviews when necessary across the region.

 

Assist in managing the Performance Improvement Procedure for all Resource Network employees across the region where necessary.

 

Co-ordination and delivery of training for all Resource Network staff within the region, to include the delivery of all inductions.

 

Aid in co-ordinating the training needs of Resource Network staff in conjunction with line managers through performance reviews.

 

To efficiently manage the Resource Network Office, always ensuring excellent service is delivered to our clients and all Ealing personnel files are up to date.

 

To maintain documented system/database for all Ealing Resource Network staff, including the overall record management of absence, training, annual leave, performance and personnel data.

 

Provide quarterly progress reports on recruitment and deployment plans / targets to the Contract Manager and Recruitment Manager.

 

To aid Medirest in managing the deployment of staff, to ensure successful delivery of expected standards. Including aiding them in rota planning and future recruitment needs when required.

 

To support the Resource Network national team at all times, sharing best practice.

 

To develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of the service industry, working directly with staff.
  • Must be a team leader, able to motivate and communicate with the team.
  • Must have gained GCSE/GCE/CSE in English and Maths
  • Deployment preferred.
  • General administration duties.
  • Enthusiastic, initiative, assertive, energetic, organised, open-minded and a good communicator.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Previous training experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment
