Job Introduction

A pro-active field based sales role responsible for driving new business and growing accounts for the venue. This role is tasked with building the venue profile in local and national markets by creating and executing an exceptional sales plan.

More about the role:

Working with the venue’s marketing guidelines and sales strategies as agreed with the venue GM, Sales Office Manager, C&E DEV and in accordance with Lime Venue Portfolio sales processes.

The role will involve processing enquiries & proposals, providing best value options to customers while maximising sales opportunities. Following up enquiries & proposals and going to customer sites to develop the relationships and manage the full sales process.

 

 

Who you are:

The role requires an entrepreneurial personality with the drive to succeed and the ability to maximize the meetings and events revenue potential in the venue. A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to work within a sales environment and must be a highly motivated pro-active self-starter, with commitment and drive for business development and a knack for relationship building.

The success of this role is measured by the achievement of set KPIs and revenue targets.
