Levy Restaurants UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Office Manager to join us onsite at a leading sporting venue in Sheffield – Sheffield United Football Club. Responsible for driving conference and events your role is integral to the success of this contract.

More about the role:

Reporting in to the venue General Manager you will lead, train and mentor a Business Development Manager and a Sales Coordinator to effectively drive conference and banqueting sales. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the venue’s reactive sales, by creating and implementing an effective plan you will be sure to achieve annual targets. In addition, you will ensure that all sales administration is accomplished effectively, accurately and in a timely manner to ensure a seamless handover to the operations team. Working collaboratively with the local and national sales team, you will seek opportunities to increase revenues and deliver the sales strategy.

Who you are:

For us to be right for you, and for you to be right for us, you will have a passion for sales and demonstrable experience of delivering a first class customer services.  Experience within the hospitality/travel industry is essential. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to confidently liaise with clients, venues and internal colleagues. With previous experience of leading a team, you will enjoy a challenge, possess diplomacy and being able to think on your feet.
