We have an exciting role for an experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join the team at Olympia.  Olympia London is a collection of inspiring spaces that have been recently renovated and refined to enhance the beautiful buildings, connecting them together as never before.  Olympia London is recognized in the industry for exceptional levels of customer service and support, and our numerous awards are testament to our clients' satisfaction.

As Sales and Events Coordinator you will focus on selling the catering services to events such as exhibitions and conferences. You will work with the venue to visit shows and translate whilst offering innovation to develop the business.

More about the role:

To co-ordinate enquiries and sales for the location and to actively work as part of sales and events team to increase and enhance the level of sales.

Proactively selling the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. 

To operate and maintain the systems for client ordering and all related processing, ensuring the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

To demonstrate full alignment to our Levy Restaurants visions and values by doing the right things and celebrating success

Who you are:

Do you hold a maths and English GCSE, have computer experience, excel, word and e-mail and ideally (Delphi/EBMS/Opera)? Also, experience in the Catering industry or a sales / event planning role/ venue sales background?  Do you have excellent written ability, strong communication skills, strong organisation skills, and an ability to sell a product / package?
