Job Introduction
We currently have an exciting opportunity for motivated, customer focused individual to work with our high profile contract in Kings College Hospital. You will be a first point of contact for our Client and act as a key liaison between the operational departments and the rest of its customer base in Kings College Hospital..
More about the role:
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail
- Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request through to work complete status in line with Service Level Agreement )
- Sort and dispatch calls to relevant departments
- Prioritize urgent jobs
- Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement
- Ad hoc administration duties
- This is a relief team cover hence flexibility is key.
