As an Account Director, you will be at the forefront of managing all aspects of  existing services, including cleaning, catering, portering, and retail operations. This role combines strategic oversight, operational leadership, and financial management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Food-Led Operations: Champion excellence in catering and retail services, ensuring high standards, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Commercial Leadership: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability and revenue opportunities.
Process-Driven Management: Develop and implement efficient systems to optimize service delivery and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
Driving Change: Identify and execute opportunities for improvement, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with private healthcare clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting accountability, excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Risk and Compliance: Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards, managing risks to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

About You
You are a commercially-minded, results-oriented professional with proven experience in managing food led services in demanding environments across multiple sites throughout the UK. You excel at leading diverse teams, building relationships, and driving process improvements to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience
Leadership Excellence: Proven track record in a senior management role within Soft FM, catering, or retail operations, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management skills with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Contract Management Expertise: Experience managing large-scale contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Change Maker: A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and leading transformation initiatives.
Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering outstanding service, with an understanding of the unique demands of private healthcare environments.
Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
