Job Title: Administration Supervisor – Salisbury, Guildford & Brecon
Salary: £32,217 Per Annum
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Administration Team Lead to manage and develop our admin support team for the TESC contract. You’ll ensure workflows, reporting, and day-to-day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the admin team to meet contract objectives on time and to standard.
- Train, coach, and develop administrators, building capability and succession plans.
- Manage reporting, documentation, and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and deliver process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day admin tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and queries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Experience managing administrative teams and reporting structures.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel) and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of legal obligations relevant to a catering business is a plus.
