- Assist in organising and managing diaries & schedules, coordinating appointments, and arranging internal and external meetings
- Ensure all teams and departments have updated access to relevant schedules, adapting to shifting priorities as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials in advance to support productive sessions, take accurate, timely minutes, capturing key discussion points and actions
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and office supply coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative queries, responding promptly and effectively to support requests
- Assist with the planning and coordination of team events, projects, and special initiatives
- Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for team and leadership review
- Track and report on key administrative metrics, offering insights to help optimise workflow
- Excellent organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and organise time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with diary and scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role is preferred.
