Administration Support Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £16.80 per hour
Flexibility required evenings and weekends due to matchdays.
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Administration Support Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations at our client site for 14forty.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare client review packs, KPI statistics, and quarterly performance reports with trend analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Maintain personnel files (P files).
- Support internal and external meetings, including minute taking and document management.
- Manage IT service requests and the reward & recognition voucher scheme (in line with HMRC and Compass processes).
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the management team.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and support with contract variations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high standards of accuracy in all reporting.
- Build effective relationships with clients, account teams, and central departments.
- Handle queries and calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Place and manage orders in line with agreed budgets and procurement processes.
- Administer and manage systems on behalf of remote workers, ensuring smooth access and functionality.
About you:
- Previous facilities management experience
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong IT skills - in particular Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
