We're recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Restaurant Associates on a part time basis, contracted to 21 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage nexus inputting for multiple units
- Support in month end activity and analysis
- Analyse sales and transaction data
- Produce monthly reports
- Create presentations on request
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
- General admin activity and processing of invoices
- Agency timesheets weekly report
- Daily and weekly KPMG site occupancy
Our ideal Finance Assistant will:
- Sound understanding of key financial principles
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and communication skill
- Proven work experience as a finance administrator position or a similar role
- Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Understanding of MS excel formulas, pivot tables and look-ups
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
