We have an opportunity for a talented individual to come and join the team at as their Amigo Store Manager at our contract based at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle.
More about the role:
You will be responsible for managing the Amigo brand on site, and lead and manage a motivated team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable retail business and ensure all budget targets are achieved.
To excel in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance and customer / client satisfaction to achieve company and client objectives within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Who you are:
We are looking for candidates to have a proven track record of management within a food retail environment, be commercially driven, proven track of delivering great customer service have excellent people management abilities and can communicate at all levels – verbal and written & will be results orientated
