Are you a Customer Service Assistant who is looking to take that next step to develop into a higher role? We have a very exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Manchester
We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual who ideally already has experience in a Customer Service Assistant role, so that you can hit the ground running for the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme.
More about the role:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Front of house predominately
- To be able to use the till
- Good hygiene practices
- Making good bean to cup coffee (Barista training available)
- To work in a brand new catering outlet in the Centre of Manchester - serving up to 750 customers per day in a Grab and Go facility
- To meet all Company requirements for Fire, Safety, Health and Hygiene
Who you are:
- Good communication skills
- Smiley / bubbly
- Can already use a till (can be trained also)
- Barista (can be taught )
- Attention to detail
- A real people person
