Are you a Customer Service Assistant who is looking to take that next step to develop into a higher role? We have a very exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Manchester

We are looking for a driven, ambitious and passionate individual who ideally already has experience in a Customer Service Assistant role, so that you can hit the ground running for the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme.

 

More about the role:

 

 

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Front of house predominately
  • To be able to use the till 
  • Good hygiene practices
  • Making good bean to cup coffee (Barista training available)
  • To work in a brand new catering outlet in the Centre of Manchester - serving up to 750 customers per day in a Grab and Go facility
  • To meet all Company requirements for Fire, Safety, Health and Hygiene

  • Good communication skills
  • Smiley / bubbly
  • Can already use a till (can be trained also)
  • Barista (can be taught )
  • Attention to detail
  • A real people person
