We have an opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager to join the team at our Asda Cafe based at the store in Falmouth
More about the role:
You will support the food service manager in running the cafe efficiently and effectively and to deputise for the food service manager, in their absence.
To ensure the store is opened and closed, adhering to all brand standards, policies & procedures, ensuring that all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Completing all relevant standards, food & health and safety checks.
Who you are:
The type of applications that we would be interested in seeing are from individuals that ideally have a proven track record of delivering a profitable sales success ideally within a catering environment but we are also open to see candidates that have a demonstrable customer service experience within a retail food environment.
Also important is experience in the mentoring and development of their staff, achieving consistent high audits outcome, profit protection, labour management and GP. Excellent interpersonal capability.
This is a 5 over 7 operation and weekends will be worked on a rota basis
