Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager to join the team at Deli Marche.
More about the role:
You will be supporting the Unit Manager in running the Deli Marche unit efficiently and effectively and to deputise for the Unit Manager in their absence and to be an ambassador for the Deli Marche brand
To ensure the store is opened and closed, adhering to all brand standards, policies & procedures, ensuring that all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Completing all relevant standards, food & health and safety checks.
Who you are:
The type of applications that we would be interested in seeing, is individuals that have a proven track record of delivering profitable sales success within a retail food environment
Detailed experience in the mentoring and development of their staff, achieving consistent high audits outcome, profit protection, labour management and GP. Excellent interpersonal capability
This is a Monday to Friday role
