Assistant Patient Dining Manager
As one of our assistant patient dining managers, you will oversee and operate in both departments – Patient Dining and Hospitality. To oversee the delivery of exemplary 5 star service to all patients and clients. Rota shifts to be planned to allow for the delivery of hospitality operation, to communicate hospitality information to all of the relevant teams and ensure all teams are trained to deliver all requirements of hospitality when required and Ensure all hospitality clients are responded to in a timely fashion.

- To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
- To ensure the highest level of patient and client care is adhered to at all times
- Patient Dining – Ensure that teams are fully aware of all new patients and that their requirements are understood.
- Patient Dining – To conduct a team briefing for all team members commencing a shift, ensuring all special
- Create training programs with line manager and deliver training.
- To make sure you are aware of, and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health and hygiene
- To be aware of all accounts that we operate and how these accounts are structured.
- To understand budget constraints on ordering goods and services.
Who you are:
- Previous experience of supervising teams within a similar environment
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment
- Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety
- Criminal Records Bureau security checks required where applicable in accordance with Employment Law and Legislation
- Catering / Foodservice skills and experience depending on the role you carry out
