More about the role:
As the Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our stadium’s retail outlets on match days and beyond. Working alongside a talented team, you will drive exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and innovation in one of the most exciting sports venues in the world.
  • Lead from the Front: Support the Senior Retail Managers in managing retail operations across all 62 catering outlets
  • Deliver Excellence: Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring every fan leaves with unforgettable memories
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver high performance, even under pressure
  • Match-Day Magic: Oversee day-to-day operations during match days and events, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Drive Revenue: Maximize sales opportunities while controlling costs to hit revenue targets
  • Innovate: Help create new ideas and processes to enhance fan engagement and operational success
About you:
  • Proven experience in high-volume retail or hospitality operations, preferably in a stadium or event environment
  • A natural leader with excellent communication, organizational, and people-management skills
  • Cool under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Commercially minded with a drive for hitting targets and improving efficiency.
