We have an opportunity for a Bakery Assistant to come and join the team at our M&S store based at Croydon Hospital. This is a great opportunity for someone to come on board and grow their career within a food retail environment.
More about the role:
In essence you will join the team as the Bakery Assistant, and assist the management team in delivering a best in class customer service, to all customers on site. Engage with the team to achieve targets & identify opportunities to increase sales.
Who you are:
What we would be looking for in applications are;
• An enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a retail environment
• An excellent communicator, able to motivate and develop others
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a retail environment
• IT literate
• Able to work flexibly in line with business requirements
• Able to undertake a range of manual duties
