  • £42,000 per annum

Overall Purpose of the Role
  • To ensure the smooth running of the Cocktail bar and Main bar within the NinetyThird
  • To actively be involved and lead operations — creation and responsible for cocktails menus, recruitment of staff and training delivery
  • To ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the cocktails and beverage service within the NinetyThird and any special events to our client and customers
  • To ensure that cocktail requests within the arena are executed and delivered at the Levy standards levels.
  • To develop cocktail menus for all areas within the lounge and ensure the team is trained to deliver these.
  • To build relations with the member of the NinetyThird and accommodate any drinks request on the night.
  • To achieve operating standards that exceed the guest’s expectations through strong leadership and effective management.
  • To manage the business needs and performance standards in line with Core Signatures and   guidelines, Client Service Level Agreements and KPI’s
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of a first-class catering product and service to our clients and   customers.
  • To demonstrate full alignment to our Levy UK vision and values, by creating and living the Levy Difference through delivering Legendary Experiences & Powerful Partnerships
  • To adapt to the new technologies and programs implemented by Levy Restaurants
  • To keep up with new trends and implement where applicable within the business.
  • To maintain cocktail culture and sustainability vision that Levy Restaurants has created at the 02 Arena.
  • To ensure sustainable technics are applied to new beverage menus.
