Location: OX5 1GN
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday, shifts may vary between 07:30am-5pm, flexibility is a must
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving locally roasted barista coffee
- Work effectively with all colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
- Replenishing all baked goods, retail products & vending services
- Maintain a professional and friendly image with the customers
- Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it!
Our Ideal Barista:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is highly desirable
- Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
- Have previous experience in delivering high level of customer service
- Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
- Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
- Have Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- A great team player
