Job Introduction
We are looking for an ice cream mixologist for our busy store inside National Railway Museum . As an ice cream mixologist you will be on the shop floor making top-notch milkshakes for our wonderful customers, and providing them with outstanding customer service!
More about the role:
- Greet, advice and assist customers, take orders and handle transactions
- Brewing coffee as well as preparing a wide range of Frappuccino's and milkshakes
- Monitor expenditure, wastage, stock and notify management of any shortages
- Undertake cleaning and routine maintenance duties ensuring equipment and furnishing are in good order and high standards of hygiene are met at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to any customer feedback
- Assist with deliveries
- Follow the operating procedures and ensure the completion of daily paperwork
- Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness and professionalism
Who you are:
Ideal candidate will have previous branded coffee shop experience.
- A friendly face with brilliant customer service skills.
- Experience working well with a team.
- Focuses on attention to detail and has high standards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
