Job Introduction
Barista / Bar & Hospitality Team Member
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and passionate hospitality team member to join us! This is a varied role where you’ll be making great coffee, serving drinks and food, supporting the bar and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and love being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!
Hours: Wednesday–Sunday, including Saturday evenings and Sunday daytime
Typical shifts: 1:30pm–10pm / Sunday 10am–6:30pm
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food
- Support the bar and table service
- Deliver friendly, outstanding customer service
- Take orders, operate the till and handle payments
- Keep the bar and customer areas clean and welcoming
- Support with stock, deliveries and general service
- Work as part of a positive, supportive team
What you’ll bring
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Barista experience is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, confident and professional manner
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible and a strong team player
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great service
