- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse and map processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation, validating that outcomes meet business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and embed process changes that deliver measurable benefits.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in BA tools and Agile methodology.
