You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day business systems support across our group venues, helping colleagues troubleshoot issues, maintain systems and make sure the information we rely on is accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for business systems queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed.

  • Supporting colleagues with system guidance, training and creating helpful user guides and quick reference notes.

  • Maintaining and configuring core business systems to ensure they're running effectively and delivering accurate information.

  • Producing regular management information and reports to support operational decision-making.

  • Handling sensitive personal data responsibly, ensuring everything is managed securely and in line with company policies.

  • Processing refunds and completing reporting across payment systems, keeping records accurate and up to date.

  • Supporting stocktake processes and providing administrative assistance to operational teams.

  • Managing day-to-day administration, ensuring departmental deadlines and standards are met.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and providing a brilliant level of internal customer support.

There will be a requirement for flexibility, including occasional weekend and evening working to support the needs of the business.

What we're looking for

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and a range of business systems.

  • Experience maintaining, configuring and supporting business systems.

  • Previous experience delivering system training and supporting colleagues with new processes.

  • Confidence producing accurate, high-quality management information and reports.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.

  • Someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own workload and taking accountability.

  • A natural problem solver who knows when to take ownership and when to escalate an issue.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Discretion and an understanding of the importance of handling confidential information.

What you'll get in return

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a brilliant range of benefits, including:

  • 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, your birthday off and a holiday purchase scheme.
