We are searching for an experienced Café Manager to lead our friendly and professional team of four. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who values a positive work-life balance and enjoys running a high-quality operation focused on great coffee, fresh food, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and motivate a team of four to deliver consistently excellent service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and overall presentation
Manage stock levels, ordering, rota planning and daily operational admin
Contribute ideas to enhance our menu, service flow and customer experience
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

About You
Previous experience in a hospitality management role, preferably within a café
