Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee the operation of a busy onsite café within a corporate office in London Victoria. You will manage a small, friendly team and ensure exceptional service for office employees and guests, all within a professional, Monday-to-Friday environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking for work–life balance, with daytime hours and no weekend or evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the onsite corporate café
Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house and kitchen team
Ensure consistently high standards of food, beverage, and customer service
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, health, and safety
Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining quality and efficiency
Work closely with the corporate facilities and catering teams to meet client expectations
About You
Proven experience managing a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Knowledge of food safety and health and safety standards
