About the role
We're currently recruiting a Cafe Manager to join Vacherin on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.
You'll run a busy food service operation, bringing out the best in your team and making sure every customer gets great food and service.
What you'll do
- Managing our catering teams to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
- Overseeing the catering operation, including weekly business returns, budgets and action plans
- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front so everyone can excel
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams

About you
Our ideal Cafe Manager will:
- Have previous management experience in a similar role
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
