Job Introduction
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Coffee Shop Supervisor in our coffee shop located within The Range. This role does include some weekend work, however, does not include late evenings. Our current opening hours are 9am - 4pm, the early shift starts at 8.30am and the late shift finishes at 5pm.

As a Supervisor your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervising a small team, providing great food and exceptional service to our client and customers
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
