Job Introduction
We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Catering Manager to join one of our newly acquired sites within Manchester.
This role will see you managing the catering facility in the heart of the City Centre, catering for around 800 colleagues on site with some elements of hospitality during the week.

As the Catering Manager you will lead and manage a small but perfectly formed team, ensuring they are fully supported and trained in the skills to deliver great customer service as well as making this a fun and great environment to work within.
You will be ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provide our customers with great service.
Who you are:
- Previous Catering Management experience, within either Contract Catering or High Street Restaurant
- Previous experience working within a kitchen, preparing light meals
- Retail and commercial skills are a must
- Financial awareness to complete weekly business returns and full accountability for P&L
- Motivated to deliver consistent high standards of food and service quality
- Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team
- Computer literate
What we'll give:
Paying up to £28,000 dependent on experience
