Location: London, Brock House, 19 Langham St, London W1W 6BP

Rate of Pay: £37,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 16:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Daily Service Delivery & Food Quality Oversight
    Ensure all food received from the Central Production Kitchen is correctly checked, stored, regenerated (if applicable), and presented to the required quality and safety standards.
  • People Leadership & Team Development
     Lead, schedule, support, and develop the two on-site catering colleagues, including conducting regular check-ins, performance reviews, and ensuring training and compliance requirements are met.
  • Customer Experience Management
     Deliver a consistent, positive dining experience for customers by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and responsiveness to customer feedback.
  • Food Safety, Compliance & Audit Readiness
     Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, allergen procedures, and health & safety policies. Ensure the site is always audit-ready.
  • Stock, Waste & Inventory Control
     Manage stock levels for beverages, disposables, and non‑CPU items; monitor waste; and ensure accurate record‑keeping to minimise cost and improve efficiency.
  •  Financial Accountability
     Support budget control through labour management, wastage reduction, and accurate reporting of daily/weekly financial information.
  •  Communication & Coordination with Central Production Kitchen
     Act as the primary link between the site and the CPU—communicating order needs, quality issues, menu feedback, and operational updates to ensure smooth, aligned operations.
