Location: Dublin D02 K330
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm
Rate of Pay: €45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Experience
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders onsite
- Deliver a premium, visually engaging catering experience aligned to brand expectations
- Lead on event planning and execution across all hospitality
Food & Innovation
- Drive creative menu development and seasonal activations
- Maintain high standards of presentation and food quality
- Collaborate with culinary teams on new concepts
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day catering and hospitality operations
- Ensure smooth delivery of all events and services
- Manage staffing and scheduling
Financial
- Manage budgets, GP% and labour targets
- Monitor sales, cost control and waste
- Deliver against financial targets
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop onsite catering teams
- Maintain high standards of service and engagement
