Job Introduction
Our Education team is looking for an experienced and talented Catering Manager to join their team in a busy Hertfordshire site.
We're seeking and experienced Catering Manager to lead and develop the catering team on site, which is made up of 14 excellent catering professionals. The site is a large, busy site made up of two buildings and catering for all ages from Nursery through to Sixth Form. The building is a new, modern building with state of the art equipment that the team is able to use.
The Catering Manager will need a craft background as they will need to be confident in getting involved with the day to day preparation and delivery of the food offering as well as monitoring and managing other management duties such as reporting, cashflow, health and safety as well as training.

Who you are:
The successful Catering Manager will have the following skills and competencies;
- Experience running a catering team
- Excellent culinary experience
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Back office management experience such as cashflow and reporting
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communicator
What we'll give:

- Up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
