Catering Manager – Waltham Cross
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead operations at a busy site in Waltham Cross. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who is passionate about developing teams and delivering high-quality catering services.
The successful candidate will bring previous contract catering experience, strong leadership ability, and excellent client relationship skills. You will play a key role in supporting and uplifting the current team while ensuring the highest standards of service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day catering operation on site
Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team
Maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance
Oversee staffing, performance, and operational efficiency
About the Role:
Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Predominantly Monday to Friday
The site operates 24/7, so flexibility is required to provide occasional evening and weekend cover/support when needed
About You:
Previous contract catering experience is essential
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on team development
