£35,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Catering Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional food service and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a talented individual to lead the catering operation for Eurest at the prestigious Mars Petcare site in Waltham on the Wolds.
The Role
As Catering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a busy corporate catering operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and compliance. You will be the key point of contact for the client, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the catering team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage all aspects of food production and service delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
- Plan and deliver hospitality and event catering as required
About You
- Previous catering management experience in a similar environment
- Proven client management experience is essential
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Financially astute with experience managing budgets
- Passionate about food quality and customer service
