Are you a passionate leader with a flair for food service and team management? We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee operations at PWG Barracks. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll ensure top-quality food, service, and compliance across all units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist culinary teams within the kitchen when required
- Lead and support catering teams across multiple locations
- Manage budgets, inventories, and operational KPIs
- Ensure accurate end-of-week/month accounts and internal audits
- Drive customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain high standards in food quality, health & safety, and team training
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in catering or a similar field
- Culinary background
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
- A passion for great food and outstanding service
- Organised, motivated, and ready to inspire others
