Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per annum - depending on experience 
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (7am - 4pm)
Location: Dublin, D04EC66

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and cost menus in collaboration with the Head Chef 
  •  Oversee day-to-day operations across workplace catering services 
  •  Manage service delivery from preparation and setup through to service and clear down 
  •  Lead, train and motivate a team of 10, including rota planning and scheduling 
  •  Maintain strong financial control, including budgets, stock management and cost tracking 
  •  Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene and compliance standards are met (HACCP, licensing, fire safety) 
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding requirements and ensuring high satisfaction 
  •  Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements across service and operations
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience within workplace or contract catering operations 
  •  Proven track record of managing and developing teams 
  •  Confident in menu planning, costing and working closely with kitchen teams 
  •  Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Commercially aware, with good understanding of budgets and cost control 
  •  Strong knowledge of health & safety and food compliance standards 
  •  Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach 
  •  Proactive and hands-on, with a positive attitude and ability to lead from the front
