Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per annum - depending on experience
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (7am - 4pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and cost menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Oversee day-to-day operations across workplace catering services
- Manage service delivery from preparation and setup through to service and clear down
- Lead, train and motivate a team of 10, including rota planning and scheduling
- Maintain strong financial control, including budgets, stock management and cost tracking
- Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene and compliance standards are met (HACCP, licensing, fire safety)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding requirements and ensuring high satisfaction
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements across service and operations
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience within workplace or contract catering operations
- Proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Confident in menu planning, costing and working closely with kitchen teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware, with good understanding of budgets and cost control
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and food compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proactive and hands-on, with a positive attitude and ability to lead from the front
