Salary: £42,000 per annum

Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, including hospitality rooms, free-issue tea points, café cart service, and fine dining events.
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service, event planning, reporting, and client communications.
  • Build strong relationships with a demanding client, consistently delivering against high expectations and bespoke requirements.
  • Produce accurate reports, event documentation, stock records, and operational updates, ensuring all information is organised and client-ready.
  • Plan and coordinate hospitality and events well in advance, ensuring seamless execution and appropriate contingency plans are in place.
  • Supervise and support the catering team, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Support the delivery of occasional evening functions and events (overtime paid).
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong hospitality background with experience in high-end corporate or fine dining environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident managing demanding client relationships and working to exacting standards.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to plan effectively while managing multiple priorities.
