Job Title: Catering Service Assistant (CSA)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Retention Bonus: £1,000 (paid on completion of the full RCA)
Contract Dates: 8th July 2026 – 15th December 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of Roles: 7 CSAs
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (shift-based rota)
Requirement: 24/7 operation, 7 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave with a positive experience
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and personalised customer service
- Develop strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend options
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and handling compliance
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations as required
- Assist the wider team with additional duties when needed
