Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to join our amazing team to cover three sites in Worthing.
Location: Worthing Area
Salary: £13.60 per hour
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week – Monday - Friday , no weekends or Bank Holidays, but shifts may fall between 0630-1500, flexibility is a must
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Covering when Annual Leave is being taken by other members of staff
- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:
- Be a trained Barista
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Food Hygiene
- Have great communication and organisational skills
- Contract Catering would be highly desirable
- Required to work across multiple sites within the area, so flexibility is essential
