About the role
We're currently recruiting a Catering Supervisor to join Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
You'll lead our catering team on shift, keeping the food great, the service slick and the team motivated from open to close.
What you'll do
- Supervising our catering team on shift to keep delivering impeccable food and customer service
- Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
- Supporting and training the team, leading by example so everyone can excel
- Liaising between customers and the team to keep exceeding expectations
- Keeping your manager up to date on how each shift is going
- Making sure the team follows Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards on every shift

About you
Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have experience supervising a catering team, or be ready to take your first step up
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, or be willing to gain one
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Stay calm and positive under pressure
- Be motivated and always looking to learn
