Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm

We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Reading, delivering delicious, beautifully presented food in a fast-paced but friendly environment. This is a Monday to Friday role, ideal for chefs who love the buzz of the kitchen but value balance and career growth.
What You’ll Be Stirring Up
Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
Support the team in preparing fresh, seasonal menus and bespoke hospitality.
Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and presentation.
Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness.
Work collaboratively with the brigade to keep service smooth and efficient.
Keep your section organised, clean, and fully stocked.
We’re Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fresh food kitchen.
Passion for great ingredients and attention to detail on the plate.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, allergens, and kitchen hygiene.
Team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
