Hourly Rate: £15.12 per hour
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee your designated section of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Assist with training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with stock management and ordering supplies for your section.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
