Location: Near Victoria Station
⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve fresh, seasonal dishes with precision and care.
- Support the smooth running of service, particularly during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene.
- Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the team on menu development and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Passion for creating high-quality dishes and delivering excellent service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
