Location: Grosvenor Property
Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum
Working pattern: 5 over 7 with shifts from 7am to 10pm on a rota basis
Our Chef de Partie role in our contract catering team will cover both hospitality and retail.
Key responsibilities:
- Check dishes to ensure they meet high standards for taste and appearance
- Help create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Oversee your kitchen station and ensure it stays organised and clean
