As a Chef de Partie, you’ll manage your own section — hot, cold, or pastry — preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards for VIP guests, teams, and partners. You’ll work alongside senior chefs to ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in every service, maintaining the precision and professionalism that define Formula 1’s luxury hospitality.
This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. You’ll oversee junior staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP). Cleanliness, teamwork, and efficiency are key as you help deliver a seamless kitchen operation across multiple international locations.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, hotels, or high-end catering
Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of HACCP and kitchen operations
Flexibility to work weekends and travel internationally
