Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a large-scale corporate hospitality operation based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional, high-end environment delivering food across fine dining, private dining, banqueting and high-volume hospitality services, while benefiting from a Monday to Friday working schedule.
Site Overview
The site delivers comprehensive food service operations covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Services include daily private dining across up to 18 dedicated rooms within a 42-floor building. The operation provides buffet service for up to 200 covers, canapé and finger food catering for events of up to 200 guests, a structured banqueting and fine dining programme delivering approximately 100 covers per week, and high-volume working lunches for up to 300 covers per day.
The team consists of 18 front of house staff, 9 chefs and 4 porters.
Key Responsibilities
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running an assigned section within a corporate hospitality kitchen, delivering consistently high standards of food across fine dining, buffets, sandwiches, finger food and salads. The role requires strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards, as well as strong organisation and teamwork to ensure smooth service delivery.

Breakfast
Daily hot breakfast service including full English and working breakfasts, alongside pastries, serving up to 200 covers.
Lunch
Fine dining service across 4 to 5 private dining rooms
Finger food for up to 200 covers
Working lunches for up to 300 covers
Buffet service for up to 100 covers
Dinner
Fine dining service across 2 to 3 private dining rooms
Finger food and canapé events for up to 200 guests
Bowl food events for up to 100 covers
Banqueting for up to 100 covers
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and a good understanding of high-quality ingredients. They will be highly motivated, well organised and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and professionalism. A minimum of two years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or corporate hospitality environment is required. Demi Chefs with a strong desire to progress will also be considered.
