4 day Chef de Partie needed in Marylebone - £16.99!
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a unique role combining high-quality hospitality catering and staff dining services. You will take ownership of your section, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:
- Running your own kitchen section and maintaining consistently high food standards
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for both hospitality events and staff dining services
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assisting with food ordering, deliveries, stock rotation, and minimising waste
- Ensuring all food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen procedures are followed at all times
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Contributing ideas and creativity to menus and food presentation
What you’ll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Commis/Sous Chef level ready to step up
- Experience within hospitality, staff dining, or contract catering environments
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality food
- Relevant professional cookery or food hygiene qualifications are desirable but not essential
